Solar for housing societies & apartments
Slash the common-area electricity bill — lifts, pumps, lighting and clubhouse — for your apartment complex or RWA, with financing that needs little or no upfront from residents.

Lower maintenance charges
Common-area power is often a society’s biggest recurring bill. Solar cuts it sharply — savings that flow straight to residents’ monthly maintenance.
- Powers lifts, water pumps & lighting
- Transparent generation reporting for the committee
- Group-housing subsidy where eligible

Little or no upfront
Choose CAPEX and own the plant, or a zero-capex PPA where you simply buy the solar power cheaper than the grid — no burden on the corpus.
- CAPEX or zero-capex PPA / OPEX
- Engineered, storm-proof mounting
- Single accountable EPC + AMC

Questions
Good to know
Does every flat need to agree?
No — most projects power the common areas, which the society already pays for. Individual flats can go solar separately.
What if the society can’t fund it upfront?
A PPA/OPEX model needs zero capex: a provider owns the plant and the society simply buys the generated power at a lower rate.
